Shipping Policy – Love from Lucy Pet Portraits 

At Love from Lucy, every order is carefully packaged and sent with love to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Processing Times

• Custom portraits: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your artwork to be created before dispatch. I’ll keep you updated on progress and let you know when your order is on the way.

• Non-custom items (future products): These are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Times & Services

• All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• You may also choose a tracked or signed-for service at checkout for extra peace of mind.

International Shipping

• At this time, I only ship within the UK. (If you’d like me to ship internationally in the future, please contact me before ordering.)

Delivery Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order.

• Free local pickup or collection may be arranged (Tamworth area) — please contact me before ordering to confirm.

Damaged or Lost Items

• I take great care in packaging your prints. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement.

• If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact me. Royal Mail requires 10 business days from the expected delivery date before a parcel can be considered lost. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
